SQL was established in September 2001, by the present shareholder and managing director, Joseph Sullivan. The company is now based on the St. Julians waterfront. Within the last years SQL has managed to excel in the letting industry in Malta and thus SQL is now one of the established letting agents on the island.
As the years passed by business started stabilising and we now have a happy business environment celebrating 10 years of SQL.
SQL started gaining momentum and building a reputation for itself by simply offering exceptional customer service. Business developed rapidly and after five years renting an office in Windsor Terrace in Sliema, we moved to a larger seafront office in St. Julians. However, the letting department was definitely not enough to sustain the new office and therefore we decided to enter the property sales market however, in this industry, your stock of property is akin to gold and unless you have enough stock, it is almost impossible to compete, so with a lot of hard work and with the help of our team of negotiators we managed to build a large inventory and with this our exceptional service helped build a sales department that today we are proud to have.
We pride ourselves in giving our clients and owners a quality service and ensure that they are satisfied with the property and service offered. We do our utmost to give the true facts of the property, thus ensuring total transparency.
Well celebrating 10 years is quite a milestone in today's business world however, giving an honest and authentic service to all our clients, and of course to property owners has been the key. Today property owners know that when we at SQL give advice or property valuations, it is sincere and factual and this is appreciated. Of course, our staff and team of negotiators have played an important part of SQL and their input and dedication has been instrumental.
Finally we would like to take this opportunity to thank our esteemed clients, property owners, our team of negotiators, service providers and all that have made SQL what it is today and we look forward to the future.
